We offer free shipping within Germany for orders over 40,00 €. You can calculate the shipping costs in advance by entering your postal code in your shopping cart.

All packages are handed over to DHL for shipping. Any items you have in stock will be invoiced immediately and will arrive at your home within 2–3 business days.

Orders shipped to the EU and abroad usually arrive within 7-14 days.

Please note that these delivery times are average estimates from our delivery partners and therefore we cannot guarantee them.

Backorders (pre-orders) will be invoiced and shipped as soon as they are in stock. Partial deliveries are possible if goods must be shipped from two separate warehouses

Right of withdrawal (only in Germany)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after delivery of the goods without giving any reason. Please click here to create a return label. The buyer bears the costs. We will refund the purchase price no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.

In individual cases, manufacturing errors may occur. If you notice a defect upon receipt of the goods, please write to us here so we can send you a replacement. This process is, of course, free of charge.
