Ashwani Bhanot
Indian yoga teacher Ashwani Bhanot has been practicing yoga since he was five years old. He comes from a traditional yoga family and learned yoga from his mother and various yoga teachers in India. He specializes in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Kundalini Yoga. Ashwani Bhanot has led yoga classes, seminars, and workshops worldwide, pioneered the concept of "yoga at work" in organizations such as the United Nations, UNAID, UNDP, and the Ford Foundation, and taught Hollywood stars such as Richard Gere. He runs the yoga school "YogaOmline" in Osnabrück and organizes training courses, retreats, and workshops in Germany and abroad (India).
